"We stand by our placements with a 90-day warranty. This includes a 30-day initial assessment period, followed by 60 days of replacement coverage, contingent upon timely payment of our invoice. If a candidate leaves due to suitability issues within this period, we provide one free replacement. Full terms and conditions are available in the hiring company agreement."
The warranty is subject to you, the client, fulfilling all terms of employment as agreed upon, specifically:
- Providing the exact salary and benefits stated in the official offer letter.
- Issuing the official offer letter within 14 days of the candidate joining.
- Paying salaries on time without any delays.
- Honoring all benefits discussed during the interview process.
Failure to meet these conditions will void the replacement warranty.
The first 30 days are for you to evaluate the candidate's suitability. If you find the candidate unsuitable, you must discontinue their services within this period and notify us in writing (via email or letter) before the 30 days expire. If you continue the candidate's employment beyond 30 days without written notification to us, the 60-day replacement coverage becomes void.
If, after two reminders from us, you do not respond to or reject proposed replacement CVs, the warranty for that role will expire. In this case, the fee paid will be converted into a non-refundable wallet balance credit. This credit must be used for a future placement within three months or it will expire.
No. Our agreement includes a strict Non-Solicitation and Re-engagement clause. You are contractually prohibited from rehiring any candidate introduced by us without our prior written consent. This applies to candidates released during the Cooling-Off Period and remains in effect for as long as we represent that candidate.
This policy is triggered if a replacement is not possible under the warranty terms. The original fee is converted into a client credit with the following conditions:
- It is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- It must be utilized within three months from the date the original candidate departed.
- It is to be used for future business with us. If a new candidate's salary is higher, the difference must be paid; if it is lower, no refund will be issued.
