Apparel Jobs Technocrats and Associates ("we," "us," "our," "AJTA") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our CV crafting and job application services, in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023.

By submitting your information below, you voluntarily consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Data We Collect
We collect the data you provide to create your professional profile:

  • Contact Information: Your name, email address, and phone number.

  • Professional Data: Your employment history, educational qualifications, skills, certifications, projects, achievements, and any other details you provide for your CV, cover letters, or profiles.

  • Payment Information: Transaction details are processed securely by our payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your credit/debit card details.

  • Communications: Records of our correspondence via email, WhatsApp, or contact forms.

3. How We Use Your Data (Purpose)
We use your data to:

  • Create, format, and tailor your professional CV, cover letters, and other application documents.

  • Communicate with you about your order and provide customer support.

  • Process your payments securely.

  • For Recruitment Purposes: Match your profile with potential job opportunities with our client companies, only with your explicit consent as provided below.

4. Data Sharing & Confidentiality
Your data is confidential. We do not sell your personal data.

  • We may share it with trusted third-party service providers under strict contracts:

    • Google Workspace: For secure storage and editing of your documents.

    • Payment Gateways: To process your transactions.

  • For recruitment purposes, and only with your separate consent, we may share your CV profile with potential employers.

  • We will only disclose data if required by law.

5. Data Retention
Your data will be retained based on your explicit consent:

  • Correction & Erasure: Request we correct inaccuracies or delete your data.

  • Grievance Redressal: Lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer.

  • Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent for processing at any time.

7. No-Fee Policy

  • AJTA's standard policy is not to charge any fees to candidates for our recruitment or placement services.

  • Special Circumstances: In the rare event of a special service where a fee is required, AJTA will explicitly inform you beforehand and will only proceed after obtaining your separate, explicit consent via a designated Google Form.
